Right of withdrawal (European Union customers)
If you are shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or defective items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at kageaofficial@gmail.com. We will offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at kageaofficial@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
